When we receive notification of your acceptance, we’ll contact you to finalize any necessary details, schedule a time for your onboarding  call, and get your project started! 

As part of our creative process, you will retain the opportunity to review and approve specific Deliverables, including moodboards and website copy. LAFLEUR's existing scope of work incorporates a limit of no more than two revisions for each of these Deliverables. In the event of termination by the client prior to the completion of one-time projects, the client agrees to pay for the for the completed work as outlined in the Agreement.

Should there be a need for adjustments to the Scope of Work as delineated in the Agreement or additional revisions to the Deliverables, it is imperative that such requests be formally documented and mutually agreed upon in writing by the Parties through a Change Order.

Change Orders Serve as Documentation. Any modifications to the Agreement or exceeding the specified number of revisions for Deliverables shall only be considered effective upon the execution of a written change request. This request must be carried out by the Coordinator of Client, representing the Client, and by LAFLEUR’s Account Lead, acting on behalf of LAFLEUR. LAFLEUR and its staff members shall refrain from implementing any Change Order unless it is formally documented in writing and has received mutual agreement from both parties.

Acknowledgment of Change Order Consequences. The Parties acknowledge that Change Orders, particularly those entailing significant alterations to the Scope of Work, are likely to lead to delays and additional costs.
